Thor Motocross Helmets

If you are looking for a very protective entry-level helmet, try out the Thor Quadrant. The new Quadrant has a lightweight shell made of an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Polycarbonate blend, which gives you a high level of protection without adding weight. Many details such as an over-sized forehead vent, a dual density expanded Polystyrene liner, and a removable and washable comfort liner will keep you cool and comfortable. A molded roost guard and rear goggle strap holder add even more protection. DOT and ECE 22.05 approved.

Thor's Force Composite is a very protective helmet with an innovative hand-laid composite fiberglass and Kevlar shell. This innovative technology allows for a very light, yet very protective helmet. Not only does the Force Composite meet/exceed DOT standards, but also all AMA and FIM professional racing standards. Front intake ports, rear exhaust vents, and an EPS ventilation system within the helmet make for great air circulation, keeping you cool and dry. An antibacterial silvercool liner wicks moisture away from the skin, and can be removed and washed between rides. A Hi-Flow mouthpiece has been integrated into the Force Composite in order to increase airflow and keep the roost out. Lastly, a contoured eyeport gasket keeps your goggles in place for a good fit.

Thor's top of the line helmet, the Force Carbon, is designed for the rider with performance on the brain. The Force Carbon has the same basic features as the Force Composite, but a completely different shell. For the Carbon, Thor has combined Carbon Fiber material with a resin that forms pre-impregnated sheets, then they are hand-laid to create the shell. This increases strength, while decreasing weight. The total weight of the Force Carbon is a light 2.8lbs! The Carbon Fiber shell not only gives you the ultimate in protection, but it looks awesome, too.
