M2R Motocross Helmets

M2R has a very affordable helmet line, and they are all great for racing. After all, M2R does stand for Made 2 Race! They have three helmets for the adult-sized racer: Genesis, Rev-X3, and X2.5. The Genesis is their lower-end helmet, but it meets or exceeds all DOT standards, so it will still give you the protection that you need out on the track. The Genesis has a Ficore shell, which is injection molded with a fiber impregnated thermoplastic composite material. This material keeps the helmet light but very strong and resistant. There is an adjustable high-flow ventilation system in the Genesis shell creating a high level of airflow that you can adjust to your preferences. A Dri-Fast clip-in liner helps keep you cool, and is removable and washable.

Next up in the M2R helmet line is the X2.5. The X2.5 is very lightweight, and gives an excellent amount of protection. M2R has come up with an innovative way of constructing shells that makes them incredibly durable and safe, while keeping them lightweight and comfortable. This new technology is Multiple Inclusion Technology, or MIT. The MIT shell is constructed from Carbon, Kevlar, and Fiberglass. This exclusive technology removes the excess resin from the fibers, leaving only the resin needed for the shell. They also have a unique layering technique where the fibers are laid in a fashion to absorb impacts and resist penetration. If worn during an accident, this shell will absorb the impact’s energy and disperse it evenly.

Not only does the X2.5 have a tough shell, but adjustable top intake ports and integrated air channels in the EPS liner for exceptional airflow and cooling. The EPS liner is also very soft, anti-allergenic, and removable for washing. An adjustable Safety Shear peak and stabilizer is also standard on the X2.5. This helmet meets or exceeds all DOT, ECE 22.05, and AS1698 standards and is Snell M2005 approved.

M2Rs top of the line helmet, the Rev-X3 Elite, also boasts the highly innovative MIT shell. The Elite has Power Ridges that even further enhance the strength and ventilation of the helmet. A rear vent, adjustable intake ports on the top of the helmet, and an EPS foam liner system with multiple air channels inside the helmet work together to provide a great amount of cooling. The EPS liner in the X3 is also thicker, giving you even more impact absorption. Also, like the X2.5, an adjustable Safety Shear peak and stabilizer are present, and the anti-allergenic liner can be removed and washed. The X3 Elite meets or exceeds all DOT, ECE 22.05, and AS1698 safety standards and is Snell M2005 approved.
