Chest protectors are extremely important when it comes to riding safety, and Fox has created three great models for your various protection needs. The Raceframe is the most innovative of the Fox models, followed by the Airframe then the R3 Roost Protector. All three models feature a Lycra-lined biofoam around the collar for added comfort, and padded, full-size, fully adjustable and removable arm guards.
The Fox Raceframe is composed of high-impact resistant Lexan polycarbonate material. The chest and back plates have their own hinging systems, which give exceptional comfort and fit. A 7 co-molded rubber flex channel and shoulder connecting system allow for natural body motions. A flexible shoulder strap system also increases mobility and ease of adjustment for a more precise fit.
The Fox Airframe model is constructed using the same durable Lexan polycarbonate material, but has a Kevlar reinforced torsion hinge on the 2-piece rear panel that allows for better fit and mobility. The Airframe also has low profile shoulder cups with density padding, and adjustable shoulder connections for a universal fit.
The R3 model is made of a polycarbonate chest, back, and shoulders for durability. Chrome, low profile shoulder cups, adjustable shoulder connections, and secure, side release buckles round out this simple model.
