The VX-Pro helmets feature removable, washable and replaceable dry-cool liner and cheek pads, emergency-release cheek pads designed to allow easier medical attention, five vents in the crown, two visor-pressurized front intake vents, two side exhuast vents, and a neckroll exhaust port all to keep your cool, removable and flexible rubber roost guard on chin bar, and of course exceeds Snell and D.O.T. standards.
The Arai XD-3 helmet features a twin-cam shield pivot system that allows the face shield to operate fully under a peak that can be lowered for better aerodynamics, removable and replaceable and washable liner with optional sizes available ensuring a perfect fit, four top vents, loads of air vents for maximum ventilation, a CLC (Complex Laminate Construction) shell–fiberglass composite that is stronger than your average helmet. All of Arai's helmets are nice and light too, which reduces neck strain.
